UK Geographic

UK Non-Geographic

Minimum contract period applies. We cannot guarantee provisioning of the same number after a subscription has become inactive either due to a payment failure or cancellation of the service. Please ensure payments are up to date to avoid losing numbers. Please note that you may not be able to dial 056 or 0845 numbers from outside the UK. 0303 numbers are reserved for government and 'non-profit' organisations. 0345 numbers are reserved for the migration of 0845 numbers. Where applicable, revenue share payments will be credited as call credit to the customer account (providing the customer is on a business/silver tariff). The minimum outpayment for inbound calls is 0.1p. The minimum outbound connection charge is 1p.

Due to new legislation, 084/087 numbers can no longer be used to provide customer service or complaint lines.

European Numbers

Please ensure payments are up to date to avoid losing numbers. Numbers may take 4 - 5 working days to provision. Some countries require local proof of address for legal purposes - provisioning will be delayed if requested documentation for countries with legal restrictions is not sent.

Rest of the World Numbers

Minimum contract period applies. We cannot guarantee provisioning of the same number after a subscription has become inactive either due to a payment failure or cancellation of the service. Please ensure payments are up to date to avoid losing numbers. Numbers may take 4 - 5 working days to provision. Some countries require local proof of address for legal purposes - provisioning will be delayed if requested documentation for countries with legal restrictions is not sent.

Freephone Numbers

Minimum contract period applies. We cannot guarantee provisioning of the same number after a subscription has become inactive either due to a payment failure or cancellation of the service. Please ensure payments are up to date to avoid losing numbers. Please note that you may not be able to dial 0800 numbers from outside the UK, and will not be able to dial 0800 numbers from payphones. You may not be able to dial International Freephone numbers from outside the country of origin or from payphones.

Memorable Numbers

Monthly subscription fees may be applicable, depending on the type of number. Please note that we cannot guarantee your chosen Gold number until payment has been processed.

Premium Numbers

Fax-to-Email Numbers

Please ensure payments are up to date to avoid losing numbers. Please note that you may not be able to dial 0845 numbers from outside the UK.

Business Call Plan

A one-off set up charge of £20 applies when signing up to a Business Call Plan. If you use all of your free minute allocation, extra call costs will fall under Telappliant's Business tariff and charged on a per second basis. Also, calls to other international destinations not listed are charged at the Business tariff. Call minutes within our plans are charged on a per-minute basis. This service supports both SIP and IAX VoIP protocols. Customers must choose 1 component from each of the call groups, Landline, Mobile and Rest of the World. Minimum contract terms apply. Customers cannot downgrade individual parts of the plan within the contract period. Free SIP trunk upgrade applies for the length of the call plan contract.

There are some newer networks whose customers have telephone numbers starting with 07, but which are not treated as a UK mobile number for the purpose of inclusive allowances. That means that calls to some numbers starting with 07 aren't treated as UK mobile calls. The numbers include (but are not limited to) those with the following prefixes: 07404, 07405, 07417, 07424, 07466, 07609, 07610, 07621, 07682, 07408, 075202, 075594, 075894, 075895, 075896, 075897, 077077, 078228, 078920, 078921, 078931, 079112, 079118, 079788, and 0782210. If you call one of those numbers, that call will not come out of your inclusive allowance.
