Configuring easyspeak for VoIPOffice

  1. Click the 'Softphone' option in the top-left corner and select 'Account Settings'
  2. Click the 'Account' tab and complete the following information:
    1. Account name: Enter the name of the VoIPOffice extension holder
    2. Allow this account for: Tick the 'Call' box
    3. User ID: Enter your VoIPOffice extension number
    4. Domain: Enter the IP address of your VoIPOffice PBX
    5. Password: Enter your VoIPOffice extension secret
    6. Display name: Enter the name of the VoIPOffice extension holder
    7. Authorization name: Enter your VoIPOffice extension number
    8. Domain Proxy: Tick the 'Register with domain and receive calls' box, then select 'Domain'and enter the IP address of your VoIPOffice PBX in the 'Address' field
  3. Click 'OK' and easyspeak will register to your VoIPOffice extension
  4. Make a test call to verify that easyspeak has registered successfully
