New Business Sales Executive – VoIP/Cloud/Connectivity

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, energetic and conscientious New Business Sales Executive. A minimum of 2 years solid experience in VoIP (Hosted/On Site), Cloud Services and Connectivity (Voice & Data) is a pre-requisite. A comprehensive understanding of all technologies and disciplines is paramount. Full training on our portfolio will be undertaken.

A hunter is required for this role and it will involve both desk based sales calls as well as on site customer visits. Both business and self-developed Lead generation will be required, so experience in both is required.

The ability to understand our business and that of the customers and turn this understanding into solid revenue generation is a must.

Requirements

The below is deemed beneficial to a candidate wishing to progress within our business.

  • Minimum 2 years solid, proven sales and revenue generation within the New Business environment
  • Minimum 2 years sound and quantifiable VoIP/Cloud/Connectivity experience.
  • degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in New Business development will be more beneficial.
  • A proven track record in strong presentation skills is essential in the role of New Business.
  • The New Business Sales Executive will need a strong track record of business-to-business sales at a SME/Corporate level.
  • A strong grasp Business Intelligence & research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a success in this role
  • Be skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement.
  • Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs
  • Must have a firm working ability of Salesforce.
  • A keen awareness of the competitive landscape
  • The ability to work and interact with all facets of the business
