Secondly, it is worth considering the functionality your office will require, as well as the service demanded from each individual user. Finally, this needs to "translate into the correct sort of hardware" - something you can achieve by speaking to a Telappliant expert about the range of solutions on offer in the market.
Mr Islam went on to claim the choice of provider is vital when selecting VoIP, stating: "Businesses should consider how long the network has been around and what sort of VoIP network it has, but also where are its services based. So if you have your service based in Europe, the calls have to go there and back and you have latency issues that have to be considered."
