In a further blog update, snom has outlined some of the technical details of its IP PBX solution snom ONE plus.

The hardware-based device is intended to offer connectivity via ISDN, BRI or FXO, linking both office-based and home-based staff to their place of work.

Its design arises from 15 years of snom experience at the top of the VoIP telephony solutions market, the company adds.

"The snom ONE telephone solution is a complete end-to-end telephone system which is fully expandable with ten, 20 or 150 extensions and unlimited SIP trunks," the snom blog post continues.

A related post on the snom VoIP phones blog explains that the new hardware device is a physical version of the software-based snom ONE IP PBX launched in the autumn.

It brings flexibility and scaling ability, allowing it to serve as the basis for a complete IP telephony solution in workplaces of varying sizes.
