Grandstream VoIP phones secure TMC Internet Telephony award

Technology publisher TMC has named Grandstream Networks' GXV3175 multimedia VoIP phones among its Internet Telephony Product of the Year Award winners.

GXV3175 multimedia VoIP phones offer access to social media services including Twitter, Facebook, last.fm, YouTube and Google Voice.

They also deliver interconnectivity options ranging from stereo audio-out and TV-out sockets to a standard headset connection, SD and USB ports.

Along with its VoIP phones, Grandstream Networks picked up an award this year for its GXV3615 Cube IP Surveillance camera.

Rich Tehrani, chief executive officer of TMC, says: "The editors of Internet Telephony have verified that both the GXV3175 and the GXV3615 display quality and innovation, plus meet real needs in the marketplace."

Internet Telephony has tracked the IP telephony landscape since 1998 and claims that 50 per cent of its readership in a 2009 survey said they were planning to purchase VoIP or IP telephony solutions within the next 12 months.
