US VoIP phones offer firms options

Businesses will soon have a broader range of options when choosing their VoIP provider, it has been revealed.

US VoIP hardware provider snom has confirmed that three of its handsets are now compatible with Zultys private branch exchange platforms.

This will allow snom users to opt for VoIP providers who operate on the Zulty's network – potentially boosting VoIP traffic.

Michael Knieling, executive vice president of marketing and sales for snom technology, claimed the firm is continually attempting to expand its service.

"This premise has seen the company gain a strong following on an international level, particularly in North America and Europe. We think Zultys provides our customers and resellers a great IP-PBX option," he said.

The snom 3xx and snom 8xx desktop phones and the snom m3 wireless DECT can now be used on the Zultys' MX250 and MX30 platforms.
