Smaller firms benefit from 'guaranteed' VoIP solutions standard

Smaller firms looking to introduce VoIP solutions may benefit from the introduction of two new services which provide 'guaranteed' levels of quality.

Voicenet solutions have launched the VNiStream and VNiRemote services, which offer companies the chance to make significant savings with hosted VoIP.

VNiStream is available in three different packages and will support businesses that have up to 30 phone ports.

The company claims that the service provides a guaranteed number of voice channels with each broadband connection along with high-quality calls.

VNiRemote service customer's can access similar features, while also being able to use a single connection for both data and voice from any remote location.

Both services will be available to resellers though voice and broadband services provider DMSL.

John Carter, managing director the firm, expressed his belief that the new services could help smaller firms expand.

He said: "There are not many propositions that are capable of reaching down into the SME (Small-Medium Enterprises) space at the moment and we can provide resellers with both the products and the training and support that they need in order to get started and build a successful business with hosted VoIP."
