US company slashes costs with VoIP solutions

A US company has made significant savings by switching to VoIP solutions, reports TMC.net.

Promoting Group, an internet marketing agency, switched to a VoIP provider after experiencing constant quality and performance issues with their original phone system.

The firm was regularly faced with a monthly phone bill of $2,300(£1,609) as over 20 employees used the phone during business hours, but this has been reduced to $500 (£350) following the switch.

VoIP solutions allow the company to use features available on their previous network such as long distance calling, fax, and toll-free services at a reduced price.

Eli Natan, president of Promoting Group, claimed the company struggled to cope with the costs and issues of multiple communications using the old system.

He told the technology news website: "[The firm] now operates on a remarkable high-quality phone system which is reliable and easy to manage."
