Codima add to toolbox

Codima have announced new additions to their Codima Toolbox VoIP solution management system.

The toolbox now features VoIP topology views which can be accessed in Microsoft Office Visio as well as bringing pre-deployment and post-deployment testing, troubleshooting and monitoring into one solution.

The toolbox will allow IT departments to conduct VoIP testing and other quality of service requirements both prior to installing VoIP solutions and during normal operation.

Codima CEO Christer Mattson said: "With our in-depth expertise in VoIP management we have created a solution that can help IT managers to deliver the VoIP quality their organisations require."

In other VoIP business news Voxitas, a VoIP service provider in the USA, has had its SIP trunking services certified to integrate with the Interactive Intelligence all-in-one IP communications software suite.

Joseph A Staples of Interactive Intelligence said the Voxitas services were chosen as they "met our stringent voice quality standards", assuring customers of the best service delivery and performance.
