You first need to go to our Number Porting page and verify that your number can be ported to our network. After faxing back a completed form we will then advise you of the porting date.

The porting process usually takes around 3 weeks. During this period, your current provider is contacted and a copy of your completed form is then sent through, after which we are advised of a porting date and estimated time.

To avoid disruption, you should make sure that you correctly specify any other services (such as broadband) which may exist on the line containing the porting number.
