How easy is it for me to implement Easy Call Shop?

To implement Easy Call Shop, all you require is a broadband connection (such as ADSL or SDSL) and either IP telephones or analogue telephone adapters. Our 4 booth introductory package includes all that you need to get started. We can also provide an optional QoS-compliant ADSL router to get you started for customer using shared connections.

Hardware & Software Requirements:

  • High speed Internet connection such as xDSL.
  • Any computer with Internet Explorer 5.5 or Mozilla 1.7 or higher installed
  • Analogue telephone adapters or IP telephones
