openTalk™ Wholesale Portal
Suitable for service providers with smaller subscriber bases, the openTalk™ Wholesale Portal provides a branded web-based interface allowing the manual provisioning of subscriber accounts, calling credit, voicemail, and incoming numbers.
It enables white label customers to manage their subscriber accounts and tariffs. Multiple administrators can be given access to the system in order to perform the following functions:
Account management:
- SIP Status viewing of all accounts
- Scheduled Dialplan management of all accounts
- Credit management
- Master/Slave management
- Scheduled dial plan management
- Blocking and unblocking
- Call logs
Tariff management:
- Set, add, delete and generally manage call rates to destinations
- Manage 'bundled minute plans'
- Auto-provisioning management
- Setup of softphones and hardphones
Management of incoming numbers:
- Transfer them to different accounts
- Setup routing (e.g. route to a VoIP phone or redirect to a PSTN number)
