VoIP PBX 'changing communication'

The use of VoIP PBX is causing communication in business to take "new shapes", according to a commentator.

Kristen Kiya, writing on Best Syndication News, writes that the technology offers high-end services to business establishments as well as corporate clients.

"Switching over to the VoIP PBX solutions definitely boosts the growth of any organisations," she writes.

"In fact, these solutions efficiently convert the business system phone into software running on industry modular servers."

She explains that VoIP PBX is effectively a telephone switching system which allows an organisation to efficiently switch calls between local lines and VoIP users.

It also allows every user in the organisation to share a number of external phone lines and even lets businesses keep their existing conventional, PSTN numbers.

The final advantage she lists is that internet, conventional telephone and VoIP can all be easily accessed, and all by a single line to each other.

She concludes: "These solutions offer flexibility ... at very affordable prices."
