Commentator explains criteria for VoIP solutionsAn industry commentator has been talking about the necessary criteria for deploying VoIP solutions. Kirsten Kiya, blogging on Best Syndication News, writes that when using VoIP at a business, it is vital to have a high-speed internet connection. The second vital requirement for VoIP solutions is to know how much bandwidth will be taken up, which can be found out from the VoIP provider. With a lower bandwidth, more lines can be fitted into the system. "This is very beneficial for a business establishment, as it reduces the data-related cost of a VoIP service," writes Ms Kiya. She also explains how mobile phones can now take advantage of VoIP technology by giving two examples. First of all, a mobile can be attached via Ethernet to a computer with an internet connection, and secondly a Smartphone with its own internet connection could use VoIP. The flexibility of VoIP, and the fact it is becoming available in more and more spheres, "is why this method of telephony has reached every place in the world".
