Telappliant launches integrated IP telephony package for SMBs

Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) may benefit from an internet telephony package from Telappliant that includes broadband as well as voice services.

The Connectassure e2e range from the voice over internet protocol (VoIP) solutions provider includes certified broadband connectivity, hosted telephony on the company's VoIPOffice platform, an unlimited call scheme and direct dial numbers from any UK region to allow clients to circumvent the switchboard operator.

"The take-up of VoIP is on the increase, with more and more businesses using this technology as a complete replacement for their communications needs," said Tom Dobson, business sales manager at Telappliant.

"Never before have businesses been offered a package which gives them quality of service-assured connectivity, a hosted telephony service, an unlimited call plan and numbering all within a single package."

In order to streamline the integration of an 'end-to-end' VoIP package, Telappliant aims to provide all aspects of the service by itself - meaning that if any problems arise they can be solved rapidly without having to liaise with other companies.

And in addition, SMB customers will be able to pay for all their internet-based communications services through one bill which will reduce the amount of office administration that firms have to complete.
