Emergency Calling with Telappliant

Free access to the Emergency services is available with Telappliant.

All Telappliant users will have access to the emergency services, once they have registered a mainland UK address, excluding users located in the Isle of Man or Channel Islands against their incoming numbers. This will give the Emergency services a confirmed address and location, enabling them to locate the caller should there be a disconnection.

Where 999 has been called, Telappliant shall convey Emergency Calls to national emergency operators.

The emergency operators shall route calls to:

• Police
• Fire Brigade
• Ambulance
• Coastguard
• Mountain Rescue
• Cave Rescue

Please note if there is a power outage or broadband connection failure, access to emergency calling will not be available. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all address details that are submitted are correct, as well keeping all address details updated if there are any changes.
