Caller ID screen popping
Before you pick up a call, know who is calling you with a helpful pop-up screen.
Monitor phone presence
Sometimes it's good to know who is on the phone and who is free within a group. Know when members of a group are On the phone, Away or Busy by monitoring phone presence from a list of your internal extensions.
Caller detail records
For each call received, create journal entries and notes to record all communications with that caller. Records and notes related to individual callers will fade in when calls are made or received from that contact number.
Click-to-dial
One-click operation gives you the quickest solution in making calls. Click-to-dial from numbers in emails, Microsoft Office applications, web pages or any electronic data form.
Data linking
You can integrate your existing Outlook contacts into VoIPOffice CTI Professional and also other data sources(Access, SQL, ACT, Lotus Notes, HTTP and web based CRM systems). VoIPOffice CTI Professional provides you with an adaptable data structure which adapts itself to your data source, so when you receive a call, you get the callers record displayed in your CRM client.
