Your outgoing calls are automatically routed via Telappliant's VoIP network, while inbound calls continue to be delivered by BT to your existing phone number. This means that you can benefit from our low-cost call tariffs*, without giving up your BT phone line.

Carrier Preselect is easy to set up and includes £10 complimentary call credit on activation of the service**. You don't need any special VoIP equipment, or even a broadband connection - just your existing BT phone and phone line***.
