New Business Internet Telephony Sales Executive

We are currently looking to develop our Global Services division and are recruiting strong sales people with a can-do attitude and a hunger for generating new business.

The Role:

  • A driven and motivated New Business Sales Executive is required to sell our full Telecom solutions portfolio including hardware, IP PBX, SIP termination, inbound numbering and white label solutions.
  • This Telecoms / Telco position focuses on driving new business forward within London.
  • The Sales Executive will be selling to the SME, generating their own business. Occasional extra leads will be given to consistent performers.
  • This role involves working to realistic targets with very strong incentives in place.

Key Experience Required:

  • You should have worked at least 1 year in sales within the telecoms space.
  • Experience of selling telecoms products or services is crucial.
  • Ideally, applicants will have experience of selling voice over IP services and solutions.
  • New business experience is essential, with a proven track record both on the phone and face-to-face.
  • We are looking for someone with good sales qualities with an eye for the future - this role will evolve and progress for the right candidate with the necessary hunger.
  • Key attributes associated with this role include being professional, having good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The suitable candidate will have experience selling telecoms solutions, and have a working knowledge of Voice over IP.

Technology Marketing Manager

The purpose of this role is to drive all aspects of marketing, marketing communications, marketing services to further increase the company's high profile. This is therefore a demanding role which requires an individual who is highly motivated and has the ability to develop new and effective marketing methods. A good understanding of VoIP and new technologies is beneficial.

Main duties include:

  • Campaign management: management of events, mail marketing and product promotions
  • Excellent organizational skills to develop time and action plans and schedules
  • Good budgeting skills
  • General marketing management skills and the ability to drive and maintain corporate look
  • Involvement in the marketing of the websites

Applicant skills and qualities::

  • Self-motivated and self disciplined, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Good communicator with a positive attitude
  • Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in managing budgets

Customer Support Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the field of IP telephony and online business.

Main duties will involve handling and resolving first point customer telephone/email enquiries, managing number porting, processing customer sales orders and some outbound courtesy calling.

You will also be responsible for receiving and processing customer returns of goods, some despatch of goods and maintaining accurate sales records. Knowledge and experience in this area is preferred.

Other responsibilities include online fraud checking, ad hoc office administration providing holiday cover for team members.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, sales order processing, good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and also be able to work under pressure to a high degree of accuracy.

An interest in VoIP and new technology is beneficial.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Previous use of accounting software is highly beneficial.

1st Line Support Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the field of IP telephony.

Main duties will involve:

  • Answering support phone calls and logging them on to a support system providing comprehensive call notes
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Understanding customer's issue and providing accurate help
  • Re-producing the issue where possible
  • Writing/updating product configuration guides
  • Maintaining support documentation

The successful candidate will have experience in an IT support environment including network support, good communication skills, good problem solving skills, an excellent telephone manner and also be able to work under pressure to a high degree of accuracy.

An interest in VoIP and Unix systems is beneficial
