Main duties will involve handling and resolving first point customer telephone/email enquiries, managing number porting, processing customer sales orders and some outbound courtesy calling. You will also be responsible for receiving and processing customer returns of goods, some despatch of goods and maintaining accurate sales records. Knowledge and experience in this area is preferred. Other responsibilities include online fraud checking, ad hoc office administration providing holiday cover for team members. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, sales order processing, good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and also be able to work under pressure to a high degree of accuracy.
