What is VoIPOffice Edition for Call Centres?

VoIPOffice Edition for Call Centre's is available in two formats, either:

  • VoIPOffice Hosted Edition for Call Centres is hosted entirely by Telappliant and therefore does not require an onsite PBX. Thus reducing costs as there is no need for the purchase and maintenance of hardware.
  • VoIPOffice Enterprise Edition for Call Centres is an onsite version, suitable for large Call Centres based on one main site. Remote or homeworkers can also be encompassed as part of a virtual office.
