How does it work

To compile a Telappliant Business Multi Plan, you will need to select one call pack from each of the call groups below. You are therefore able to base your service on your minute usage for each of the call groups, bringing together a more effective service that is reflective of your business needs.

** The "Rest of World" plan will cover ALL destinations not covered in UK landline and mobile, irrespective of the rate, except for the following.

A one-off set up charge of £20 applies when signing up to a Business Multi Plan. 5 VoIP lines provide you with the ability to make and receive up to 5 telephone calls at the same time. If you use all of your free minute allocation, extra call costs will fall under the VoIPtalk Silver rate and charged on a per second basis. Also, calls to other international destinations not listed are charged at VoIPtalk Silver rate. Call minutes within our plans are charged on a per-minute basis. This service supports both SIP and IAX VoIP protocols. Only one call package per VoIPtalk account. Customers must choose 1 component from each of the call groups, Landline, Mobile and Rest of the World. Minimum contract period of 6 months applies with 1 month notice period for cancellation thereafter. Customers cannot downgrade individual parts of the plan within the contract period
