Business Multi PlanA Business call plan shaped for your needs, giving you control of your telephony service. The Business Multi Plan package brings together landline and mobile minutes for UK, European and International destinations in one inclusive call plan. Designed to reflect the calling requirements of individual businesses, there are two different Business Multi Plans to choose from: Included landline and mobile minutes
Please note: Rest of the World minutes include all destinations not included in the respective Landline and Mobile minutes call packs except for the
following exceptions .Each Business Multi Plan is comprised of three call packs - Landline, Mobile and Rest of the World minutes. The destinations applicable to each of the call packs are dependent on the Business call package selected. How does it workFirst you need to decide which Business Multi Plan package will meet your business needs Business UK Multi Plan - suitable for regular callers to UK landlines and mobiles with occasional calls to other worldwide destinations. Business Plus Multi Plan - suitable for regular callers to UK, European, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand landline and mobile destinations with occasional calls to other worldwide destinations. To compile your perfect Business Multi Plan, you simply need to create the perfect combination of minutes from Landline, Mobile and Rest of the World and then select Order Now. This call plan requires a five channel business SIP trunk. If you do not currently have 5 SIP channels, we will upgrade you free of charge. Reasons to join our Business Multi Plan
* Calls to 0870 numbers are included within the landline group,
unless a connection charge applies. ** Calls to 0844, 0845, and 0871 ARE included within the mobile group, unless a connection charge applies. *** The "Rest of World" plan will cover ALL destinations not covered in UK landline and mobile or Plus Landline and Plus Mobile, irrespective of the rate, except for the following .A one-off set up charge of £20 applies when signing up to a Business Multi Plan. If you use all of your free minute allocation, extra call costs will fall under the Business tariff and charged on a per second basis. Also, calls to other international destinations not listed are charged at the Business tariff. Call minutes within our plans are charged on a per-minute basis. This service supports both SIP and IAX VoIP protocols. Customers must choose 1 component from each of the call groups, Landline, Mobile and Rest of the World. Minimum contract terms apply. Customers cannot downgrade individual parts of the plan within the contract period. Free SIP trunk upgrade applies for the length of the call plan contract. There are some newer networks whose customers have telephone numbers starting with 07, but which are not treated as a UK mobile number for the purpose of inclusive allowances. That means that calls to some numbers starting with 07 aren't treated as UK mobile calls. The numbers include (but are not limited to) those with the following prefixes: 07404, 07405, 07417, 07424, 07466, 07609, 07610, 07621, 07682, 07408, 075202, 075594, 075894, 075895, 075896, 075897, 077077, 078228, 078920, 078921, 078931, 079112, 079118, 079788, and 0782210.
